When you email us

An email link opens your own email application. Nothing is sent to Kenor until you send the message. We use the contact details and general enquiry you provide to reply, discuss availability and manage the requested relationship. Please send only the information needed for your enquiry. Do not send medical records, diagnoses, card details, passwords or identity documents through the general enquiry mailbox.

Scheduling and payment providers

Online booking and payment collection are not active on this version of the website. If the team supplies a scheduling or payment link, the provider’s privacy notice and terms apply to its service. We will update this notice with the relevant providers and data flows when website integrations are activated. Kenor does not ask you to send full card details by email.
